Job Summary

  • The Technology Support team is a key department responsible for the successful delivery of major events and festivals as well as ensuring the ongoing support and maintenance of our fixed client base and owned and operated venues.
  • You will be trained to support installation and support of Ticketmaster proprietary software and hardware, installation of software and firmware, installing and supporting network devices, and upgrading/replacing hardware and software.
