Job Summary
Manage all Product Development, Costing, and Sourcing activities from development samples to final manufacturing ready packages, aligning with Innovation Goals, Supply Chain Strategies, and requirements for Cost, Quality, and Terms of Engagement.
Lead seasonal Costing activities, gathering and negotiating prices to align with FOB targets, and manage finish approvals from development through bulk shade bands.
Partner with Supply Planning and Field Teams to ensure Pre-Production activities are on track for scheduled first cut dates and help resolve Quality issues.
