5+ years BMS operations experience
3+ years supervisory role managing sites
Proficiency with Siemens Desigo or Schneider EcoStruxure
HVAC controls and sequences of operation knowledge
Ability to read ladder logic and network diagrams
Regional BMS maintenance program development
Nice-to-have
Experience with energy optimization initiatives
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks for building automation
Knowledge of BAS integration with lighting and metering systems
Experience managing complex vendor relationships
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Systems

Demonstrated fault diagnostics and control optimization skills
