Engage with global and regional leaders, internal audit, IT, Sales Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional partners to solve complex deductions challenges.
Develop and maintain training materials, escalation frameworks, and standard operating procedures to improve quality, consistency, and knowledge management.
