Job Summary
The Talent Management Branch manages talent management strategies and initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline in NEA.
As the Assistant Manager/ Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of talent management strategies and initiatives to identify, develop and manage talent in NEA.
You will also be responsible for tracking, developing and executing career plans of high calibre officers, which include engaging them in career conversations and facilitating postings to build their competencies.
