  • The Talent Management Branch manages talent management strategies and initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline in NEA.
  • As the Assistant Manager/ Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of talent management strategies and initiatives to identify, develop and manage talent in NEA.
  • You will also be responsible for tracking, developing and executing career plans of high calibre officers, which include engaging them in career conversations and facilitating postings to build their competencies.
