Job Summary

  • Perform tasks to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of the facility, such as painting, patching walls, replacing ceiling and floor tiles, repairing plumbing issues, and replacing light fixtures.
  • Handle a variety of on-the-spot repairs and improvements to maintain a polished facility environment, including minor carpentry, basic electrical, and other tasks.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
