AIG is seeking a Strategic Wholesale Broker Leader to develop and execute distribution strategies to enhance growth and retention in its wholesale broker relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing broker relationships and driving change within complex organizations, with responsibilities including establishing KPIs, facilitating relationships, and educating teams

Job Summary

  • Develop quantitative and qualitative KPI’s to measure success Promote profitable growth and/or retention and expand desired mix of business.
  • Develop and facilitate relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support and oversee strategic agreement in place with wholesale broker (where appropriate).
