  • Communicate with all departments to create a guest centric experience and ensure efficient operation of the Spa Desk responsibilities with efficient handover.

Key Requirements

  • Luxury property experience ideal
  • Knowledge of PMS/Opera preferred
  • Knowledge in rooms department preferred
  • Ability to deal with high work demand and pressure
  • Great organization skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Work authorization in the United States
