Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years compliance program management experience
Law degree from recognized Indian university
Expertise in anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC)
Experience conducting internal investigations
Knowledge of third-party risk due diligence
Nice-to-have
High-tech or manufacturing industry background
Masters degree or international legal training
Proficiency with AI and data analytics tools
Strong cultural awareness and business acumen
Experience leading regional compliance committees
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of compliance program management experience
LL.B. or equivalent law degree from an Indian university
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain high-level confidentiality and integrity
