The primary function of the Loan Officer is to sell loan products offered by NewRez and develop and maintain referral sources by contacting prospective clients and making in-person calls on potential referral sources.
Principal duties include utilizing and developing a network of resources for mortgage loan business development, managing customer contacts, educating clients on products, performing prequalification assessments, negotiating loan terms, and coordinating the loan process with the assigned processing center.
