Job Summary
Manage the EHSA function for the North America Region, analyzing key metrics and regulatory trends to identify risks and develop initiatives to maintain acceptable risk levels.
Mentor and develop NA sites’ EHSA staff, facilitate communications between sites, and evaluate service providers, systems, and technologies.
Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies for significant regulatory issues and manage the on-time and on-quality ESG/CSR data generation, collection, and distribution process.

Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Environmental Sciences or Engineering
Minimum 15 years EHSA experience
Minimum 5 years of experience within corporate or multi-site organization
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading EHSA teams
