Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Interior design for corporate offices
Design-and-build project delivery model
Proficiency in AutoCAD and visualization tools
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations
Nice-to-have
Mentoring junior designers
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Experience with sustainability certifications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in integrated project delivery
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field
6–8 years of interior design experience
Experience in corporate office projects in Hong Kong
Familiarity with design consultancy and design-and-build models
