  • Site inspections and audits
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing
  • Working with operational contracted teams
  • Travel across state as needed

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in energy, construction, rail or major projects
  • Facilitated safety conversations and learning reviews
  • Collaborative work with delivery partners
  • Proactive hazard identification and reporting
  • Supportive and inclusive team culture

Key Requirements

  • Cert IV in WHS
  • Construction white card ideally
  • At least 5 years HSE experience in high hazard industries
  • Experience with risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Ability to escalate risks and track improvements
