The Coating Technician is responsible for supporting thermal spray coating operations on gas turbine components, including pre-coat and post-coat weighing and coat application processes.
This role is expected to demonstrate strong Lean behaviors, actively support problem solving, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
The technician plays an important role in driving overall Lean implementation by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting standard work, reducing waste, and helping improve process flow and operational performance.
