Job Summary
Assist with metabolic engineering of industrial hemp, including preparation of tissue culture media and explant culture under sterile conditions.
Support laboratory operations through DNA, RNA, and protein isolation, routine upkeep, and data collection and analysis.
Contribute to research by assisting with cancer cell lines, engineering cannabinoid pathway genes in E.Coli, and supporting the PI and Director with assigned duties.
