KONE Elevators Pty is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment process in China, focusing on building relationships with stakeholders and implementing employer branding strategies. The ideal candidate should have at least six years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational company, and possess strong interpersonal and digital skills

Job Summary

  • Independently lead the end-to-end recruitment process including intake meeting, composing JD, job posting, candidate searching & selection, interview arrangement, offer management and onboarding follow-up for all-level positions in China.
  • Lead recruitment activities and setup cross-area talent supply strategy & mechanism for Bay region (Guangdong, Hainan and Hong Kong).
