Job Summary
The Director, Global Services Delivery – Cyber Strategy & Compliance is responsible for leading and scaling the global delivery of Cyber Strategy and Cyber Compliance services across RSM’s India and El Salvador offices.
This role emphasizes operational excellence, integration metrics, talent development, quality control, and enablement of Global Services participation across delivery and sales activities.
Partner with U.S. Cyber leaders to design and implement a framework for Global Services participation in sales activities, including proposals, client presentations, and client contracts.

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity delivery, cyber strategy, cyber compliance, or risk management
Experience leading global or offshore delivery models
Strong understanding of cyber strategy, regulatory cyber compliance, and risk management frameworks

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
