Responsibilities include assisting with sales and leasing, lease preparation, move-in/move-out processes, coordinating resident functions, and acting as an after-hours liaison for emergencies.
The position requires physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting, as well as the ability to work in various weather conditions and a flexible schedule including on-call duties.
