Salary
Base: $200,000 - $280,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for cash and/or equity incentive awards; Benefits: Health, well-being, savings, retirement, PTO, and banking discounts included

Must-have
7-10 years corporate development experience
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
Proven track record executing M&A transactions
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution mindset
Strong project management for due diligence
Nice-to-have
Experience in investment banking or private equity
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Ability to lead high performing teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
Resilience under pressure in fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business required
7-10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, PE, or strategy consulting
