Job Summary

  • This role will support our pediatric expansion and will rotate schedules between Monday-Saturday, 7am-8pm.
  • Completes scheduling, pre-registration, financial clearance, authorization, and referral validation processes, creating the first impression of AHN's services to patients and families.
  • Assumes clinical and financial risk of the organization when collecting and documenting information on behalf of the patient, ensuring accurate bill submission and positive patient experience.
