Job Summary

  • As a technical leader, you will contribute to problem resolution, operational excellence, and service continuity, while mentoring peers and collaborating with global teams.
  • You will manage and support mainframe environments using ISPF, TSO utilities, JCL, Control‑M (BMC), DB2 tables, and dataset handling, ensuring reliable batch and online processing.
  • The role supports distributed systems across Unix and Windows platforms, including administration of WebSphere JVMs, Citrix environments, messaging middleware (MQ), and virtualized infrastructures using VMware ESX.
