The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure correct resident information when assisting with activities of daily living and report all changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director immediately.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while performing tasks such as making beds, assisting with meals, and monitoring residents who are unable to call for help.
