The ZEISS Group is seeking a Process Owner for IT Asset and Configuration Management, responsible for defining and improving processes related to Configuration Management and IT Asset Management within their corporate IT. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the field, particularly with ITIL practices and CMDB frameworks, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills
Job Summary
Define, control, and continuously improve the Configuration Management (CM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes within the corporate IT.
Ensure the integrity of all Configuration Items (CIs) and IT assets throughout their complete lifecycle and establish and monitor control mechanisms.
Analyze KPIs such as CMDB Health Scores and data quality, derive improvement measures, and support tool enhancements in the CMDB/ITAM environment.
