Job Summary

• The HR Manager is responsible for executing day-to-day HR administration and assisting with full employee lifecycle processes, partnering with the Senior Human Resources Manager on key initiatives.
• Responsibilities include onsite 1:1 contact with employees, investigations, high volume recruitment, training, onboarding, issuing and tracking discipline, HRIS folders, compliance, and employee relations.
• This role requires flexibility to work mostly extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays, often in crowded, high decibel environments.
