Job Summary

• The Host/Hostess provides warm, friendly, courteous and efficient services to ensure guest satisfaction for their dining experience is met being one of the first guest interaction via reception desk management and telephone.
• Ensures cleanliness and tidiness of restaurant entrance, with menus, newspapers, promotional flyers and magazines neatly prepared and in their proper place.
• Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
