Job Summary
Lead the entire ProCare service back-office operation, ensuring excellence in repair operations, customer service coordination, logistics, and the Order-to-Cash process.
Supervise cross-functional teams and external providers to guarantee a comprehensive, seamless service experience aligned with operational and quality standards.
Manage operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TAT, backlog, service revenue, field visits, spare parts times, and NPS.
