6+ years SRE or production engineering experience
Strong observability stack with Prometheus and Grafana
Hands-on Kubernetes and Azure cloud experience
Solid understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets

Java/JVM familiarity for debugging distributed systems
Experience managing thousands of clusters at scale
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
6+ years of SRE/production engineering experience
Equivalent experience with strong backend and SRE depth
