  • 10+ years in systems engineering and AI architecture
  • Experience architecting enterprise AI/ML solutions in cloud
  • Leading teams of 8-15 direct reports
  • Designing end-to-end AI architectures for classified environments

Nice-to-have

  • Disruptive mindset refusing to fail
  • Experience with multi-enclave DoD environments

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 8-12 years experience OR Master's plus 6-10 years
  • Minimum 10 years experience in systems engineering and AI/data intelligence
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility required
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring technical engineering teams
  • Experience working within SAFe or large-scale Agile frameworks
