Must-have
7+ years construction experience
Safety inspections and TAGs
Microsoft Project proficiency
Procore and BIM knowledge
Daily progress reporting
Nice-to-have
Bachelor degree in Construction Management
OSHA 30-hour certification
Experience with trade contractor coordination
Strong leadership and communication skills
Key Requirements
Seven (7) or more years of work experience
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
Firm knowledge of Microsoft Project
