Job Summary
The Managing Partner in our Industry Capabilities practice is responsible for the overall success of an assigned group of deploying and production customers, orchestrating executive relationships and ensuring successful deployment of the Workday solution.
Success is measured on customer satisfaction, subscription revenue retention, & subscription revenue growth, achieved through collaboration with internal sales, consulting, and product teams.
This hybrid role requires spending at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners, offering flexibility to create a schedule that caters to business, team, and personal needs.

Salary
Base: $156,600 USD - $235,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: comprehensive benefits

Key Requirements
10+ years deploying large Cloud SaaS ERP solutions
2+ years direct experience with cloud-native HR or Finance software
