• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience
• At least 3 years multi-country HRBP role
• HR professional certification preferred
• Knowledge of labor laws and union agreements
• Experience with Workday HRIS
• Change management certification is a plus
