Job Summary

  • The Continuous Improvement Leader will teach and facilitate the implementation of standard operational excellence methods and tools to deliver results in throughput, productivity, cost, inventory, and delivery performance.
  • This role requires an individual who can act as an improvement agent, sustainability support, educational implementer, and possess strong business acumen, analytical skills, influence, creativity, and strategic perspective.
  • The position is located in Plant 4, supporting Thermatech Coatings and Titanium Ingot businesses, and requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading CI projects in a manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives
  • Solid understanding of ABS/TPS
  • Proven results facilitating CI activity
  • Strong computer and relationship skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to speak and present effectively
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Lean manufacturing experience in aerospace, defense, or automotive
  • Hoshin framework, TPM/OEE, 5S, Kaizen, visual factory management, work design, A3 thinking
