The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract management within the biotech or pharmaceutical industries and possess strong organizational and communication skills

Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, including contract intake, routing, tracking, and archiving.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate the execution of standard agreements, including NDAs, consulting agreements, SOWs, CTAs, MTAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Finance, Clinical) to ensure timely and compliant contract processing, including renewal or cancellation of existing contracts.
