Develop and execute strategic learning based on business priorities and brand requirements to build training and development programs addressing to aftersales business units.
Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules to address skills gaps and improve key dealer staff performance.
Analyze training effectiveness through various metrics/KPIs and propose reports with actions plans focused on to ensure or improve the KPIs results based on training actions.

MS Office (Professional level)
Experience in development tools to create engaging and interactive CBTs
