• The Instructional Technologist / Designer serves as a subject matter expert in the use of software, cloud-based services and applications technology for teaching and learning and in course design and delivery.
• This position ensures professional development trainings and stand-alone resources needed to design and deliver courses that are accessible, current, and aligned with evidence-based practices that support student-ready, digitally-accessible courses.

• College or university teaching experience
• Faculty development experience
• Knowledge of adult learning theories
• Knowledge of Web accessibility standards
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in instructional design, education, or related field (Preferred)
• Four or more years of experience in instructional design (Preferred)
