Base: $120,000 - $150,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: RSUs; Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare coverage, Sabbatical Leave, Flexible Out of Office Plan, on-site meals

Key Requirements
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Experience with in-house or contract manufacturing
Successfully brought electro-mechanical products to market
Experience defining and evaluating production line metrics
Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field
