Job Summary

  • This position will lead efforts to integrate data-driven decision-making, streamline ER processes, and ensure operational excellence across the ER team to deliver the expected support to the business.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital tools and platforms to support ER activities and utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for ER strategies and initiatives.
