The Rate/Investment Manager will act as a strategic partner to the Segment CFO, taking ownership of the design, forecasting, and compliance of the Segment’s indirect rate structures.
Key responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing compliant indirect rate structures, leading the FPRP and ICS processes, and acting as the primary liaison with DCMA/DCAA auditors.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
8+ years of experience in defense contracting finance
Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and EVMS
Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel modeling
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting
Familiarity with Defense Business Systems (DBS)
