Job Summary
Manage all service-related tasks for Corporate Cash Management (CCM) and TradeFinance Online (TFO) clients and maintain high caliber client service level.
Attend to daily queries, provide L1 support for the Internet banking platform, and work closely with L2 and Product Management to resolve issues.
