Our Corporate team specializes in cross-border corporate transactions, including merger and acquisitions, private equity transactions, takeovers, and joint ventures.
In this role, you will be advising corporates and financial institutions on a range of public and private M&A transactions, venture capital funds, general corporate and regulatory work.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to contribute to knowhow, communicate assertively when under pressure and be a proactive team player.
