Base: $146,000 - $194,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Highly competitive equity grants included; Benefits: Top-tier benefits package available at little to no cost

6+ years deployment operations experience
Manage complex hardware and software programs
Domestic government or critical infrastructure experience
Strong operational rigor and structured planning
Ability to brief senior leadership and executives

Familiarity with domestic CUAS operating environment
Knowledge of FAA coordination and regulations
Experience scaling early-stage deployments
Background in DoD or DHS protection programs
MBA or advanced degree in technical discipline
Key Requirements
6+ years experience in deployment operations or defense programs
Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Experience working with domestic government entities
Proven ability to manage concurrent workstreams
