Lexus of Sacramento is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to facilitate communication between customers and technicians, ensuring satisfactory vehicle service and repairs. The candidate should possess prior experience in a similar role, demonstrate customer service skills, and have a basic understanding of automotive mechanics

Job Summary

  • Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
  • Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
