Independently develops technical solutions, reviews new technologies, and supports new suppliers, materials, and equipment.
Serves as a core team member across teams, supports cross-functional requests, collaborates with internal/external partners, builds strong working relationships, and provides technical guidance, coaching, and training to engineers, technicians, and operators.
