Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and safety hazards immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
The role requires maintaining orderly living spaces, assisting with daily activities like meal transport, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
