This role supports the Senior Marketing Manager across brand, media, and organic social activities for General Entertainment and Local Production content, playing a central coordination role.
The position executes local social media and influencer strategy, manages a direct report, and leads the design, planning, and implementation of marketing activations and events.
You’ll join a team grounded in Disney values, working in a hybrid model based in Milan, 4 days a week with one WFH day.

Key Requirements
Strong end-to-end brand and IP campaign management experience
Experience with audience targeting and position analysis
Hands-on experience in events, influencer management, and/or social media marketing
Strong knowledge of emerging media, social platforms, communities, and influencers
Strong understanding of the entertainment and OTT competitive landscape
Fluent English and Italian
Basic knowledge of legal and financial principles in entertainment
