Job Summary

  • This role supports the Senior Marketing Manager across brand, media, and organic social activities for General Entertainment and Local Production content, playing a central coordination role.
  • The position executes local social media and influencer strategy, manages a direct report, and leads the design, planning, and implementation of marketing activations and events.
  • You’ll join a team grounded in Disney values, working in a hybrid model based in Milan, 4 days a week with one WFH day.

Key Requirements

  • Strong end-to-end brand and IP campaign management experience
  • Experience with audience targeting and position analysis

  • Strong knowledge of emerging media, social platforms, communities, and influencers
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment and OTT competitive landscape
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Basic knowledge of legal and financial principles in entertainment
