Job Summary
Serves as an application specialist in the Mining Technology industry, leveraging mining technology application knowledge to improve mining operations, process, change management, increase customer loyalty, and improve sales force effectiveness.
Supports new implementations for MineStar Fleet and supplies recommendations back through the Product Development group to influence future product development, market requirements, trends, and key areas for product improvement.
This position supports customers by providing product application expertise, consulting on basic features, benchmarking site performance, recommending best practices, and supporting the change management process.

Key Requirements

Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge

Experience in Mine Operation Dispatcher or Mining Planning
Knowledge of mining technology products and applications
