Responsible for processing a range of policy servicing transactions including endorsements, renewal, cancellations, reinstatements and updates to client or policy details.
Manage servicing requests through policy administration systems and digital workflow platforms by monitoring assigned work queues, system generated tasks and automated transactions.
Support the delivery of a consistent and positive servicing experience by ensuring requests are handled efficiently, accurately and in accordance with service standards.
