Job Summary

  • Hire and retain the best sales reps in the world; onboard and ramp new reps.
  • Manage the team to core attainment metrics with a particular focus on inputs — activity (calls, meetings, chats) and TTFC SLAs on inbound leads.
  • Hit or exceed closed-won quota consistently by actively managing the pipeline of accounts (equaling in size to [3–4x] of the expected closed-won throughput) under each team member in Salesforce.
