The Middle Office & Control department contributes to Santander Asia’s success by identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risks and controls within the first line of defence.
The role involves managing loans transactions and lifecycle events in adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies while strengthening the control environment and improving processes.
The position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders and participation in projects such as system migration, regulatory control, and new product rollouts for Global Banking.

Key Requirements
University degree
8-10 years experience in Structured Finance Loans Middle Office
Experience in lending business from banking industry
Familiarity with asset-backed financing, project finance, fund finance, securitization
Experience with syndicated, bilateral and RCF loans
Experience liaising with internal auditors and operational risk control
