Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Five years on-air anchoring experience
Two years on-camera reporting experience
Lead by example in stressful situations
Drive social engagement and web traffic
Host daily streaming programs
Nice-to-have
Visceral distaste for office politics
Positive attitude and team-oriented nature
Experience coaching young talent
Strong local and national current events knowledge
Ability to ad lib when required
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism or equivalent
